HOW CAN WE HELP
The bulk of our work starts 6-8 weeks before your wedding, however we provide support and guidance leading up to your big day by providing you with a Wedding Details Package loaded with helpful planning docs and unlimited email/phone support. All wedding coordination packages include the help of one (1) events lead AND one (1) events assistant on the wedding day.

call appointment to answer any questions and provide continual guidance up
until the day of your event.
MEET & GREET
Approximately 3-1 Months Before Your Wedding Day
I review all of the details for the wedding day at this appointment and also make
myself available to attend your final venue walk through if needed.
CONTACT ALL VENDORS
4 Weeks Before Your Wedding Day
I review all of your contracts and reach out to all of your vendors, confirm all
arrival and departure times, as well as services that each vendor is providing to make sure they have what they need on the wedding day.
CREATE DETAILED TIMELINE
Two Weeks Before Your Wedding Day
I create a comprehensive timeline for your day,
bringing all the details together so everyone is on the same page.
ATTEND & DIRECT REHEARSAL
Before The Wedding Day
Whether you have rehearsal one or two days before your wedding, I want to be there to make sure everyone feels comfortable with where they need to be, what to do and when they need to be there.
WEDDING DAY
Up To 12 Hours On The Day-Of
I will bring an assistant for the day of the wedding to help make sure everything runs smoothly! We manage and coordinate everything from set-up to tear-down and
everything in between including:
• Manage vendors per your instructions
• Oversee vendor setup at the ceremony and reception sites
• Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests
• Place table names, place cards, favors, etc… per your instructions
• Coordinate wedding party, reception entrances, food and ensure speeches run on time
• Ensure wedding starts on time and stays within schedule
• Complete payment of vendor tips and balances
• Assist Bride in anything she might need day of
